If something is not right — we are here to support.

Return / Exchange Eligibility

You may request a Return / Exchange within 03 Days of receiving your order — ONLY if:

  • Wrong product received
  • Product defective / damaged
  • Wrong size delivered (differs from invoice size)
  • Wrong color / print mismatch

Not Eligible

  • Product used / washed / perfume / dirty
  • Tags removed / packaging removed
  • Discount / Clearance / Flash Deals / Free gifts
  • “Change of mind” / expectation mismatch without defect

Delivery Charges Responsibility

AurValin will pay Return shipping if:

  • defect / wrong product / wrong size sent by us

Customer will pay Return shipping if:

  • requesting size change preference / color preference choice

Refund Policy

Refund is only eligible after our QC verification.
If replacement stock not available → full refund will be provided.

  • COD orders refund → via bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer
  • Online payment refund → same original payment method
  • Refund processing timeline → typically 7-10 business days
  • Shipping / COD charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
